ABOUT DR. WOO
Clinician First, Educator Always
Dr. Stephanie L. Woo grew up in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona and with honors from the Southern California College of Optometry, then completed a Cornea and Contact Lens Residency at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, where she trained in fitting highly irregular corneas.
She has written the Gas Permeable Lens Expert column for Review of Cornea & Contact Lenses and contributes to Contact Lens Spectrum, Review of Optometry, Review of Optometric Business, and EyeWitness. She is adjunct faculty at Midwestern University College of Optometry and a key opinion leader for major contact lens companies.
In clinic, she owns Insight Vision in Las Vegas, a practice specializing in custom contact lenses, where she has cared for more than 2,000 specialty lens patients. Off the clock, she is an avid wine collector with the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines. Visit the clinic →
