1. How do I register for a Woo University course?
You can register directly through the Woo University website by selecting your desired continuing education course and completing the online registration form.
If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will also receive email announcements about upcoming events with direct registration links.
2. Will I receive confirmation after registering?
Yes. A confirmation email containing your registration details and webinar access link will be sent immediately after successful registration. The webinar link is included in your confirmation email.
Our webinar platform, BigMarker, will also send reminder emails:
One day before the event
One hour prior to the event
3. I didn’t receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact our support team before the event begins for assistance.
4. Are Woo University courses accredited for CE credit?
Most Woo University courses are COPE-accredited continuing education (CE) courses, unless clearly stated as Non-COPE CE. We recommend contacting your state licensing board directly to confirm acceptance of COPE-accredited courses toward licensure requirements.
5. How do I receive my certificate?
Certificates are issued after participants meet attendance requirements, including:
Attending the full course session
Completing a minimum of 50 minutes per course hour
Not joining more than 10 minutes late
Certificates may take up to two (2) weeks to be emailed after the event.
6. When will my CE credit appear on my account?
CE credits are submitted after the event concludes. Processing times may take several weeks depending on ARBO processing timelines.
7. Do I need to submit my CE credits manually?
Synchronous (in-person and virtual) CE courses:
Woo University submits participant credits to ARBO on your behalf. Credits may take several weeks to appear in your OE Tracker account due to ARBO processing timelines.
Asynchronous (on-demand) courses:
Participants are encouraged to submit credits directly to ARBO for faster processing.
8. What happens if I miss part of the course?
If you do not meet the minimum attendance requirement of 50 minutes per course hour, you may not be eligible to receive a CE certificate.
9. Will course recordings be available?
Yes. Course recordings are typically uploaded to the Woo University YouTube channel after the event. Please allow several weeks for recordings to become available.
10. Why do I need to complete a course evaluation?
Course evaluations are required for continuing education compliance. Feedback also helps Woo University improve future educational programs for eye care professionals.
11. When will I receive the evaluation survey?
The evaluation survey is automatically sent to registered participants after the course has concluded.
12. I already completed the evaluation but received another reminder email.
You may safely disregard duplicate reminder emails once your evaluation has been successfully submitted.
13. Are Woo University courses live or on-demand?
Woo University offers multiple learning formats, including:
Live in-person courses (synchronous in-person)
Virtual webinars (synchronous virtual)
On-demand courses (asynchronous)
