Addressing the Neurotrophic and Neuropathic Surface

This course will discuss novel approaches to address neurotrophic keratitis (NK) and neuropathic pain (NP). Using case examples, the presenter will provide pearls to aid in the diagnostic methods for these complex corneal conditions. We will discuss how to check for corneal sensitivity and review several easy to implement options. It is important to recognize and detect NK and implement treatment as soon as possible.
