Holistic Management of Dry Eye Disease

This course explores the impact of nutrition and lifestyle on dry eye disease, guided by findings from the TFOS Lifestyle Report. Key topics include macronutrients, micronutrients, supplements, food intolerances, and their effects on dry eye. It also addresses the gut microbiome, different diets, hydration, sleep, and exercise. Participants will gain practical tools to incorporate nutrition and wellness into dry eye management, enhance patient education, and collaborate with functional medicine practitioners for comprehensive care.
